I think most people that are in retirement would think of going to the dentist as gruesome as having a colonoscopy. However, finding Dr. Sadlers’ office gave way to a most pleasant experience. The office was bright with natural sunlight shining and a staff as warm as the sun. No waiting- you are greeted and seated with in minutes of arrival. Dr. Sadler made sure that I was comfortable and a feeling that you are his only patient. All follow ups have proven to be very successful.

First of all, any place I walk into that sets the tone with music already has 3 stars. Then Ashley came in, measured and cleaned my teeth while educating me. Dr. Saddler then came and examined my teeth. We came up with an action plan of care weighing all the options. I look forward to my care at this dental practice.

I have a phobia about dentist due to a very bad experience 20+ years ago. Dr. Eric has now gained a new patient. He and the staff were understanding about my hesitations and the Hygienist patted my arm during the extraction. I felt so cared about.

Dr. Sadler always make visits pleasant and comfortable. During procedures he always take the time to ask and ensure you are ok. I don't enjoy visiting the dentist but as long as Dr. Sadler is doing the work I don't have and issue with dentist visits.

Amazing Services! Called the afternoon before my visit and the amazing staff made me an appointment for the following morning. I was in a lot of pain and had to have a tooth pulled. My visit was excellent; little to no wait time, terrific routine cleaning and x-rays. All done in a timely manner. Even had time to make small talk with Dr. Sadler. Great experience. My insurance changed and once I arrived and presented the new card, I was taken back for cleaning. Great staff.

Dr Sadler clearly explained my condition, gave me some options, referred me to an endodontist, and called in a prescription to use prior to the visit. This is the second time in less than 3 months that he has seen me on extremely short notice.

Today was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist in my entire life. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Eric Sadler for all of your dental needs. He's extremely patient, open, honest, down-to-earth and genuinely caring towards his patients. Last year I had the worst experience with a dentist who is not associated with Dr. Sadler's practice. That dentist scared me so badly to the point where I honestly felt I'd never go back to see another dentist again. Dr. Sadler promised me today that he'd take really good care of me and he and Jessica waited patiently for me and didn't rush to get my dental work done. It didn't matter that the office was closed before they finished with me. They still took their time on me as though it was the beginning of the work day and treated me like I was a part of their family. I don't know what I would have done without them today, but I'm very grateful for my experience and will definitely be going back really soon. If you are in need of a dentist, please do not hesitate to call him. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Sadler is a wonderful dentist. He is very kind and knowledgeable. When I moved to Winston I struggled to find a dentist that listened to my concerns and didn't tell me I needed more dental work than I actually needed. I am so glad I found this office! He is honest and will not overcharge or talk his patients into getting something done that isn't needed. Even when I moved across town, I stayed a patient here because I trust this office. He will work with you to make sure your dental care is right.

Cannot say enough about the professionalism exhibited by all the staff members. A visit for replacement of a cracked filling led to a root canal after I was given a choice to keep or not to keep the tooth. Of course a dentist will do anything to keep one. He referred me to a wonderful doctor who took care of that with very minimal pain. On return of 2 visits I have a very beautiful crown, and they cleaned my teeth the same day, after fitting me in on a short staffed day! Can't get any better than that. Will never go anywhere else. Doctor and gals...you are the bomb or should I say you are the cement that holds it together. SMILE ! Especially loved the jazz music during my very short wait.

I must say I have been very satisfied with my visits to Dr. Sadler. Each step of the visit has been handled with care, professionalism and a personal touch. On check in and check out the staff has been friendly and polite. My hygienist has had just the right touch when performing cleanings and combined great skill with a warm comforting bedside manner. This artful touch has extended to the Dr. as well. Dr. Sadler has been able willing to answer any questions and give advice that helps to fend off any issues. He even gently scolded me about procrastinating on my wisdom teeth. All in all, I have been very satisfied with the services provided by the office of Dr. Sadler. I would heartily recommend him to all!
